The stars from Hollywood will come to Cambodia to shoot the movie about Great Khmer Empire, senior officials for Hollywood and UN activist Thomas Magjar told media in press conference at Cambodia’s information ministry.
Jet Li ( movie star from Hollywood and Hong Kong ), American wrestler John Sena, Han Chi On (south Korean movie star), Jolie Julia (Hollywood star) who adopted a Khmer boy “Maddox”, Thomas told a press conference of Hollywood in cooperation with information ministry.
Thomas said that the price of shooting a movie is worth about 70 million US dollars and it needs for three year period to investigate the history of Khmer to shoot that kind of story.
The story will feature about Great Khmer Empire, with expecting that John Sina will do as great Khmer King, Javavarman VII who built Angkor temple in Angkor period. Hollywood Jolie will do as Soma; first Khmer queen ruled the country.
